Venuehire is designed for today's Internet savvy get-to-the-point event organiser. In 2 or 3 steps they are quickly shown relevant venue options. Venuehire lists over one thousand large and small venues, interesting and different venues, in fact every kind of venue an event organiser could ever want. 2. Who can list on Venuehire? We welcome the inclusion of all New Zealand venues available for separate hire as set out in our terms and conditions. New Zealand has many superb venues and we don't want to miss any. 3. Why it pays to pinpoint venues for separate hire even though they are part of a larger Venue? After viewing the details of very many venues, we learnt something very interesting. Most venues are in fact much more than one single venue. They offer multiple venues each one able to be hired separately. These venues within venues often differ in size or type of occasion/events that they are suitable for and although able to be hired separately are difficult for customers to actually find. Venuehire has made it a priority to clearly pinpoint and bring to the public all venues available for separate hire even if they are part of another Venue. By doing that, many unique and interesting venues that are the perfect fit for some event or occasion can be found easily and enjoy a full place in the market. This is a distinguishing feature of the Venuehire site. 4. How do I list my venue on Venuehire? We have a range of options including paid and free listing (click here). 5. Can I make my listing stand out from others? Both Direct Link and Profile Page listings are more prominent in appearance than free listings and are given priority (appear at the top of search results and venue listing pages.) Discounts apply for more than three venues at the same street location or for Organisations listing more than three venues in whatever location. Contact us about those discounts. 7. Can I have both paid and free listings Yes, but not (duplication) a paid and a free listing for the same Venue. 8. Can my free listing be shown together with my paid listing? Yes, with a paid listing, a click on your listings "all associated venues" button in the search results or venue listing pages will bring up all your other listings including all other paid and free listings. See Ferton House Venue here in Search Results. 9. How do I update or edit my listing? To advise us of changes to a free listings please use the contact form here. Direct Link and Profile page listings use an easy-to-use login and form-based system. 10. Can I have pictures in my listing? We like photographs but do not include pictures in Search Results or Venue listing Pages as they really slow things down. Speed is everything on the Internet and potential customers eager for information may not wait around for pictures to load. With a paid listing they can click a link on your listing and, depending on your paid listing option, go to information showing photos on your website (Direct Link Listing) or Profile Page. (Profile Pages include 2 images and a logo). 11. How do I put pictures in my Profile listing? You can have 2 pictures included in your Page Profile listing and a logo. Images that are square or nearly square are the best and are required. When Listing your venue, use the browse buttons to select the images on your computer you would like to use. 12. I have forgotten my username and password. Send us an email and your username and password will be sent to the contact email address you advised for your listing. |
